Holmes Electric is currently working with Skanska USA on The Bravern, a major retail, office and residential project in the heart of Bellevue. Holmes recently completed a major expansion of the Westfield Southcenter Mall in Tukwila, and the new Virgina Mason Athletic Center in Renton, which houses the NFL Seattle Seahawks Headquarters and Training Facilities; both projects were done Bayley Construction.
