Holmes Electric was awarded both the electrical and communications contracts of the Nordstrom Tenant Improvement project located at 1700 7th Avenue in Seattle. Through a very intensive bidding process Holmes Electric was successful in developing budgets for both the electrical and communications scopes of work. During construction, Holmes Electric had a crew on-site of over 45 electricians and technicians working on the 116,000 square feet of tenant improvement over 14 floors.
