
A large complex campus incorporating accommodations for premium office space, dining, parking, recreation, convention and meeting areas, retail showrooms and residential facilities all under one roof.
This three square block, shell and core project incorporated design-build, design-assist and fully designed systems throughout the entire project, which includes; underground parking (7-levels, 1.7 million sf), high-end retail (3 levels, 350,000 sf) throughout entire complex, Tower 1 (10 levels of Class “A” office space, totaling 250,000 sf on top of retail) and Tower 2 (20 levels of Class “A” office, totaling 500,000 sf on top of retail).
Holmes Electric excelled in accommodating a substantial amount of changes to the Owners’ requirements throughout the entire project, including the additions of Microsoft as the sole office space tenant and Neiman Marcus as a key anchor retail tenant.
