Adjacent to their Mercury Facility, this was the forth phase of the Mercury/Nexus project. This project was a build-out/remodel of an existing 20,000 sf warehouse into a specialty development laboratory. This lab space utilized specialty wiring device distribution wire-way, special sealed lighting fixtures, as well as a backup engine-generator.
