This new 32,000 sf banking facility was constructed over five phases. The first phase demolished approximately one-third of the existing facility and rerouted customer traffic to allow room for the much larger new banking facility. It was required that the existing banking facility remain fully operational throughout construction of the new facility. Phase 2 was construction of the new 32,000 sf full service banking facility. This three story building includes one underground parking level and two above ground banking levels. Close coordination was required with the Owner, Design team and Contractors throughout the design and construction processes for the entire project, but especially for the Vault, Deposit, CCTV, Access control, Security, Data, Burglar and Lighting systems. Phase 3 completely remodeled the existing two story banking facility into additional office space. Phase 4 remodeled the existing employee surface parking lot providing for security, access control and additional lighting. Phase 5 demolished the remaining original banking facility and built a new 24,000, three story loan center building with similar systems as the new banking facility.
