Complete interior renovation/remodel of three-story historic landmark building. Scope of work inlcuded an electrical service upgrade, remodel bar and cocktail lounge, kitchen, main dining room and meeting rooms that included a food elevated addition, new general, accent and trophy case lighting, lighting control, service and electrical connection to kitchen equipment.  The Seattle Yacht Club is listed on the National Historical Register.
