New five-story, 235,210 sf , above-grade parking garage and new lifestyle expansion upgrade to west side of the mall.  Upgrade included shell and core of four new buildings and one parking garage with extensive utilities expansion to serve these new structures.  The project also involved an extensive facade and landscape lighting addition, overhead festoon lighting and complete BMS and fire alarm integration to the existing mall.
