This relocation and tenant improvement project allowed forty-two working days, with weekends to coordinate the relocation and/or new placement of approximately 1000 Category 6 UTP. In the course of six weeks 120 people were relocated from three existing floors to seven occupied floors. Furniture and office additions were accommodated by department during construction. Holmes was responsible for all installation, termination, testing, voice and data cross-connects, and phone placement to relocate as many as 75 people per weekend in a 72-hour period. Ancillary work included CATV and additions to CCTV and ACS infrastructure. Approximately 350 of the 450 employees moved locations over a 6-week period.
