This two floor design/build project in downtown Seattle consisted of two floors of office, conference and modular work areas. Holmes Electric provided and installed the Category 6 UTP cable infrastructure, MDF equipment room for the office and designed the sound masking system for 50,000 sq/ft. Following the successful completion of the Seattle headquarters, Seabright contracted Holmes to construction-manage two branch offices: Irvine, CA and Phoenix, AZ.
