• UW Football Stadium Update

    The University of Washington Football Stadium project is subcontractor design-build with the developer, Wright Runstad Corporation. The project is largely new construction. The new facility is scheduled for completion in August 2013 and will include 70,000+ seats, including new club level seating, a separate level for corporate or private suites, and a new press deck for game operations and press.   • 1915 2nd Avenue Progress

    1915 Second Avenue, also know as "Viktoria" is a new 25-Story high rise residential apartment building at the edge of Bell Town. Featuring retail, above grade parking, and over 250 living units, the 270,000 sq/ft facility is on schedule. Holmes Electric is furnishing BIM, electrical, and low voltage systems for the project.

    Seattle Children's Hospital is in invaluable part of the Northwest community. Their commitment to local families is further recognized with a new 330,000 sq/ft cancer and critical care facility; including 80 new in-patient beds. Holmes Electric is honored to be part of Sellen Construction's build team providing services for all the technology systems in the expansion. The facility is topped out and dryed in and on schedule for turnover in the spring of 2013.
