Holmes Electric draws upon an experienced approach to Design-Build and Design-Assist opportunities.  Our proven background employs not only our in-house engineering and drafting capabilities, but also the experience of licensed, professional electrical engineers on staff.

The Design/Build process utilizes our estimators, project engineers and project managers, whose combined experience enables us to provide the most efficient delivery of a quality project that meets or exceeds the owner's expectations, and do so at the lowest installed cost.  This system minimizes the risk for an owner and reduces the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.  The net outcome is single source project delivery that results in increased accountability and value based project feedback.

With Design-Assist, we are part of a collaborative design team selected by the owner’s representative. This method has proven successful with projects that are impacted by strict time constraints, as well as projects that require advanced technological requirements.  The design/assist model of delivery has evolved out of a blend of design/build and traditional bid projects, but facilitates bringing the construction team on board early in the design process to work hand in hand with the architect and the consultants.
