333 Dexter TI

This project is a 2-tower tenant improvement of existing spaces on levels 1, and 7 to 12 with further upgrades to the garage level P1. With over 300,000 square feet of improvements, we’ve got our work cut out for us! The North Tower will include bike storage, showers & locker rooms and of course, offices. The South Tower is more geared towards a classic office/corporate space and will have interview suites, back-of-house spaces and more support office rooms. We’ve done a lot with 333 Dexter and are glad the owners liked our previous workmanship! Holmes is Wired Right!
